Our London office houses the Core Support Europe + China team and the U.K. Market Office team. Core Support oversees the company’s strategic planning, communications, marketing, finance, human resources, and information services. The U.K. Market Office is responsible for IDI Gazeley’s assets and development in Europe’s largest and most mature logistics marketplace, the United Kingdom.
Over the past 30 years, the U.K. development team boasts an impressive development track record; responsible for some of the U.K.’s largest and highest profile build-to-suit warehouse, industrial and distribution development projects. This includes the leasing and disposal of over 10 million square feet (929,030 square meters) of prime distribution space for well-known brands including Amazon, Argos, ASDA-Walmart, B&Q, JCB, John Lewis Tesco, Waitrose, TNT and DHL amongst others.
The U.K. offers an impressive transportation network with all major cities connected by road and rail, sea and airport facilities. Primary distribution locations are centered around prime markets in London and the South East, Midlands, North West, North East, and South West.
