Memphis

MEMPHIS. MID-SOUTH ADVANTAGE.

The Memphis Market Office was established in 1989 and is responsible for developments in the Memphis area and Nashville, Tennessee.

MEET THE TEAM >>

Renowned as “America’s distribution center,” Memphis is home to FedEx’s world headquarters and the world’s busiest cargo airport. It also claims the titles of third-largest rail center in the country and fourth-largest inland port, and boasts more than 400 trucking companies serving the metro area. Via three Free Trade Zones, Memphis is an international gateway for product export and import. Seven U.S. highways converge in the metro area, giving distributors access to major markets across the Southeast U.S. Incredibly, 45 states can be reached from Memphis within a two-day drive.

NASHVILLE. IN TUNE WITH TRANSPORTATION.

Nashville is the capital of Tennessee and a vital transportation, business and tourism center for North America. The Nashville metropolitan statistical area in the state’s center consists of 10 counties with a population of just over 1.6 million people. While the Memphis market is driven primarily by logistics, Nashville benefits from transportation amenities and organic growth of the metro area.
