IDI Gazeley Announces 220,592 SF Lease at Bolingbrook Corporate Center West

Kane Warehousing, Inc. Expands Chicago Presence with Lease

ATLANTA (September 14, 2015) – IDI Gazeley, a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announced that Kane Warehousing, Inc. a third-party logistics provider, has signed a 220,592-square-foot lease in Bolingbrook Corporate Center West in greater Chicago.

Bolingbrook Corporate Center West meets the recent demand in the Chicago market for larger capacity facilities in close-in locations. The building leased is LEED Silver-certified and is the first and only 36-foot clear space in the Bolingbrook submarket. The increased ceiling height provides operational efficiency for modern industrial operators like Kane Warehousing who not only require more horizontal space, but more efficient vertical space as well. Kane Warehousing selected this property to serve as a storage, warehousing and distribution center for food products for its international client.

Bolingbrook Corporate Center West consists of three buildings totaling 1,498,920 square feet. Other tenants in the park include Peacock Engineering (443,010 SF), Ozburn-Hessey Logistics (269,590 SF), and Art Van Furniture (183,500 SF).
