IDI Gazeley Announces Completion of 18,600 SQ M (200,215 SF) Warehouse at G.Park Marly-la-Ville, France

Development situated close to Charles de Gaulle International Airport comprises of four separate cells, of which 13,400 sq m (144,000 sq ft) is leased to Relay France

PARIS, February 09, 2015 – IDI Gazeley (Brookfield Logistics Properties), a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, has today announced the completion of an 18,600 SQ M (200,215 SF) logistics warehouse at G.Park Marly-la-Ville, situated close to Charles de Gaulle International Airport Paris.

The warehouse sits on a four hectare development plot and features four separate cells for storage together with two office pods. Three of the cells and one office pod, totaling 13,400 SQ M (144,000 SF), are let to Relay France, a branch of Lagardère Services, a leading travel retail kiosk operator with outlets situated in stations, airports, subways and hospitals throughout France.

The building also includes one other separate individual storage cell of 5,000 SQ M (53,821 SF) which features 200 SQ M of office accommodation which is immediately available for lease.

The development is located in the strategically important logistic area of Marly-la-Ville, ZI Moimont I, and offering easy access via exit 7 on A1 motorway, and by RER B for pedestrians.

Construction of the new warehouse commenced in May last year was completed at the start of December.
