Gazeley Signals Expansion with Announcement of Three New Appointments

Core team strengthened in the areas of business development, asset management and finance

LONDON, 21 January 2014 – Gazeley, a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks has today announced three new appointments as it strengthens its core team in the key areas of business development, asset management and finance.

  • Harald Evers joins the newly expanded, Frankfurt based Asset Management Team as Global Asset Manager with responsibility for management of Gazeley’s European Logistics Asset portfolio. Harald brings over 20 years of experience in the property industry with extensive experience of industrial, office and residential asset management. Prior to joining Gazeley Harald worked for Hudson Advisers Germany GmbH, Watermark Asset Management and other companies.
  • Aly Meghani, who will be based in Gazeley’s London Headquarters has been recruited into the role of Financial Analyst with responsibility for supporting the acquisition of portfolios and other assets throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Aly brings considerable experience having undertaken similar work with both Canada Pension Plan (in the UK and Canada), Land Securities and as part of his MBA an internship with Brookfield.
  • Florian Wnuck joins Gazeley as Business Development Director. Based in Paris, Florian is responsible for international business development with a support team based in each country of operation. Florian will also work with in close collaboration with Gazeley’s sister company Industrial Developments International (IDI) who are based in Atlanta, Georgia USA with operations throughout North America and Mexico, to extend Gazeley’s global offer to its growing customer community. Florian began his career at Provence Promotion and most recently was Director of International Development at GSE.
