YKK AP America Inc. to Lease 105,000 SF at IDI’s Beltline Trade Center

375,000 SF Building in Dallas Market Now 100 Percent Leased

ATLANTA, December 2, 2013 – IDI, a leading full-service industrial real estate company, announced today that YKK AP America Inc. (YKK AP) signed a 105,000-square-foot lease at Beltline Trade Center Building A in Coppell, Texas. YKK AP, a global producer of aluminum storefront and façade systems, is relocating from its 36,427-square-foot space in Carrollton, Texas.

The Beltline Trade Center, which has convenient access to DFW International Airport, I-635 and State Highways 114 and 121, includes Building A. The YKK AP lease brings Building A to 100 percent leased. Other tenants included UPS (135,000 SF), Honeywell (73,899 SF) and Georg Fischer Harvel (60,000 SF).

Richard Carlson, The Carlson Company, and Day Lancaster, NAI Brannen Goddard, represented YKK AP in the deal. John Leinbaugh represented IDI in the deal.
