read bio »Jay is Managing Partner, Global Head of Industrial. After joining Brookfield in 2013, he oversaw the acquisition and rebranding of IDI Gazeley into one of the world’s leading investors and developers of logistics real estate. Jay has over 20 years of real estate experience and joined Brookfield in late 2013 from Prologis where he was President, East Region, overseeing an operating portfolio of 92 million sq. ft. and a development land bank in excess of 30 million sq. ft. Jay previously worked at AMB beginning in 2003 prior to the AMB/Prologis merger in June 2011. For most of his career Jay has focused on the industrial warehouse space beginning with Cabot Industrial Trust and its successor company, Cabot Properties, where he was an SVP and held national development duties. He also worked at AEW Capital Management in various roles as VP Portfolio Management and Investments. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science Real Estate Development from New York University.

read bio »Pat is one of the founding members of IDI Gazeley (formerly Gazeley) and has held a number of key leadership roles for almost 30 years since its inception in 1987. He was appointed Construction Director of Gazeley in 1990 and combined this role with Store Development Director of Asda for three years. In 2000 Pat took the role of European Director to lead the expansion of the business across Europe. In 2004 he was appointed COO and continued to oversee the expansion of the business across Europe and China.

Pat attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2005 and was appointed as CEO of Gazeley in 2006. He played a key role in the sale of Gazeley to Dubai World in 2008 and the subsequent sale of the business to Brookfield Property Partners in 2013.
Following the sale of Gazeley to EZW, Pat relocated to Dubai from 2008 to 2011. Serving as COO of the group, he drove an enhanced focus on an outward facing customer-focused business.
Along with his colleagues, Pat has helped to grow IDI Gazeley from a single country entity into a leading international investor developer in the logistics sector with a focus on customer service and quality.

Previously, Mark was a senior principal at Molto Properties in Chicago where he oversaw Molto's entry into the development arena and expansion beyond Chicago. Prior to joining Molto, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of McShane Development Company and Managing Director for AMB’s Midwest Region. At AMB, he ran an operating business with more than 40 million square feet of industrial assets that were vertically integrated from in-house property management to acquisitions and developments. He also worked at First Industrial for more than 10 years in various positions.

He is responsible for financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax and finance functions. Matt joined IDI Gazeley from Brookfield Renewable Energy Group where he worked as Head of Capital Markets. He played a key role in supporting the long-term growth of the business on a global scale.

Prior to joining Gazeley in March 2014, Shane worked in various finance roles for three FTSE 100 companies. He later joined Multiplex in 2004 as the Financial Controller for its UK Construction business, which was later acquired by Brookfield in 2007, since then he has held various group reporting roles mainly overseeing Brookfield’s European real estate and infrastructure businesses. He worked on Brookfield’s acquisition of Gazeley and is now part of IDI Gazeley.
Shane is qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW in 1994 and is a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers.

Since joining IDI Gazeley (formerly IDI) in 1995, he has participated in the sale of more than 55 million square feet of industrial buildings with an aggregate sale price of more than $2.3 billion to both institutional and private equity buyers. During that period, Bryan was also responsible for the capital sourcing and formation of several development and long-term ownership ventures in which the cumulative value exceeded $2.5 billion.
