IDI Gazeley Announces 1M SF Lease at Stratford Ranch Development

Industry-Leading Building Features Help Attract Tenant

ATLANTA (October 30, 2015) – IDI Gazeley, a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announced that a leading international home improvement retailer has signed a 1,008,000-square-foot lease at the Stratford Ranch development in Perris, California.

The customer will occupy Building A which offers a number of industry-leading design and sustainable features. Of the many features, one is the use of Ductilcrete® in the building slab and truck courts. This thinner yet stronger concrete floor slab system requires up to 75 percent fewer joints with virtually no curling or shrinkage resulting in lower life cycle costs. Ductilcrete uses no steel for reinforcing yet the manufacturer claims that it can resist twice the load capacity of conventional concrete and requires 75 percent less joint maintenance.

Additional sustainability features at Stratford Ranch A include exterior lighting that is 100 percent LED with photocell and motion sensors, skylights in three percent of the roof surface which help reduce energy costs, and indigenous landscaping that requires little to no irrigation.

The customer selected this property to serve as a storage, warehousing and distribution center for products.
