    As Chief Investment Officer, Bryan oversees IDI Gazeley’s North America Investments group, which provides acquisition, disposition, portfolio and asset management, and research services for IDI Gazeley and its clients.

    Prior to his expanded role as Chief Investment Officer, Bryan was directly responsible for dispositions and the management of IDI Gazeley’s North America ownership portfolio, as well as those portfolios jointly owned in ventures with third parties. Since joining IDI Gazeley (formerly IDI) in 1995, he has participated in the sale of more than 55 million square feet of industrial buildings with an aggregate sale price of more than $2.3 billion to both institutional and private equity buyers. During that period, Bryan was also responsible for the capital sourcing and formation of several development and long-term ownership ventures in which the cumulative value exceeded $2.5 billion.

    Mark oversees all of IDI Gazeley's operations in North America. Previously, Mark was a senior principal at Molto Properties in Chicago where he oversaw Molto's entry into the development arena and expansion beyond Chicago. Prior to joining Molto, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of McShane Development Company and Managing Director for AMB’s Midwest Region. At AMB, he ran an operating business with more than 40 million square feet of industrial assets that were vertically integrated from in-house property management to acquisitions and developments. He also worked at First Industrial for more than 10 years in various positions.

In addition, he proactively supports build-to-suit opportunities in local markets and assists in pioneering new, global development markets.

Grouping all of these segments together under the Corporate Development umbrella streamlines IDI Gazeley’s operational capabilities and better prepares us to help customers identify new opportunities and strategically grow their businesses around the world.

    Paul is a graduate of The University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Commercial Real Estate. He is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), the National Association for Industrial and Office Parks (NAIOP), and the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.

    As Senior Vice President and General Counsel, David oversees all IDI Gazeley legal matters and supervises and coordinates IDI Gazeley’s outside counsels. David is primarily focused on IDI Gazeley’s acquisition and disposition transactions, as well as financings, equity, corporate governance and compliance matters.

    David received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University in Providence, RI, and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), including its Legal Forum, and the National Association of Real Estate Investments (NAREIT).

    As Vice President of Human Resources, Debbi is responsible for directing all Human Resources initiatives for North America in key areas such as benefits, staffing, onboarding, performance management, employee relations and compensation. Debbi is also the Global Coordinator of Human Resources, providing leadership to the global IDI Gazeley Human Resources team and serving as strategic leader of all organizational development and effectiveness, training and succession planning initiatives.

    Debbi holds a B.B.A. degree in Marketing from the University of Georgia in Athens, Georgia, and an M.B.A. focused in Human Resources from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. She also holds the PHR designation from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM-CP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.

This includes overseeing all land and building acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, sales, dispositions and property management in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia. Since joining IDI Gazeley in 1995, Doug has been involved with leasing and development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 20 million square feet of space, valued at more than $950 million.
