IDI Gazeley Announces 631,448 SF Lease at Park South at Richwood

eBay Enterprise Expands Presence in Kentucky; Leases Building H

ATLANTA, May 30, 2014 – IDI Gazeley, one of the largest global players in the logistics property sector, announced today that eBay Enterprise, a leading global provider of retail-optimized commerce solutions, order management, fulfillment, customer care, and marketing solutions, has signed a 631,448-square-foot lease in Park South at Richwood in Northern Kentucky. eBay Enterprise will fully occupy Building H.

Park South offers eBay Enterprise access to a significant portion of their customer base within a two-day truck drive and the company will use the space to fulfill online orders for the myriad brands and retailers it serves. eBay Enterprise maintains a significant 543,000-square-foot presence in the adjacent building, so the Building H lease enables even more logistical advantages.

“eBay Enterprise is committed to offering all of its clients the capacity, speed and scale required to deliver an exceptional experience, and we are glad to be able to help enable that goal at Park South.” said Jeremy Kraus, vice president of leasing in IDI Gazeley’s Cincinnati Market office. “The expansion of the company’s presence is evidence of the growing demand for eBay Enterprise services. We will continue to work with them as they continue to grow.”

Located just between Interstate 71/75 and Dixie Highway, Park South offers tenants close proximity to national thoroughfares and both Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and Louisville International Airport. The building provides many sustainable features, including LED dock lights, T-5 warehouse lighting, R-20 roof insulation, a white TPO roof and clerestory windows.

Powell Spears and Jeff Bender of Cassidy Turley represented eBay Enterprise in cooperation with Brian Davies of Cresa Partners. Mike Lowe and Doug Whitten of CBRE were the landlord listing agents, while Jeremy Kraus represented IDI in the deal.
